Background

In an effort to contribute to the capacity development of Myanmar society, the Swiss foundation INEDUCO established the Career Enhancement Program (CEP) in 2012. This initiative, managed by MBE and financially supported by INEDUCO Switzerland, aims to enhance the skills and recognition of educators. The program is funded by various donors in Switzerland and awards certificates from the KV Zurich Business School, making it a uniquely tailored course for MBE.

In order to elevate the teaching competencies of CEP’s educators while providing formal recognition. The program emphasizes an innovative teaching style that prioritizes student learning and engagement.
